The Coniglio Company recognizes the importance of all of our employees.

Trades People:

Prior to joining the carpenters union in May, 2004, The Coniglio Company was committed to providing opportunities to minority and female trades people while, also, providing opportunities for outstanding trade school graduates who were looking for further training in the commercial construction market and a career path. By working closely with the Max Hayes Adult Continuing Education Program, we were able to hire recent graduates that we helped develop and, subsequently, enrolled in the carpenters apprenticeship program. We are proud of those employees who have continued to grow with us. Our commitment to all of our employees greatly motivates us to continue to grow and create opportunities for all of them.

Over the past two years, The Coniglio Company has averaged between seventeen (17) and twenty (20) trades people depending upon our volume of work. On projects requiring minority, female and residency requirements, The Coniglio Company far exceeded goals set for those projects.
